below are listed various Council projects currently under consideration;

in the discussion phase:

1. to increase the financial basis of the council

a. manning a booth at the tacoma dome during events. requirements are a food service card for everyone in the booth. a class for obtaining these cards would be held at the church possably involving other councils and parishes. VOTED ON AND PASSED UNANIMOUSLY JULY 20, 2004 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING.

b. continued "coffee" reststops at various reststops

c. a one or two day "garage" sale at the church, possibly selling spaces for family's to sell items.

2. to offer kids an evening out

to sponsor and hold a kids or youth dance at the church hall. this would allow the youth a place to come and party. dance would be shaparoned and have a possible dj.  BROUGHT UP FOR VOTE BY MOTION AND FAILED FOR LACK OF A SECOND, JULY 20, 2004 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING.

3. to help organize and participate in a monthly youth mass on Sunday eveings. VOTED ON AND PASSED UNANIMOUSLY JULY 20, 2004 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING.
